Steve Tewes, President of Tewes Group LLC, began his executive search career in 1994 as an Account Executive with a Milwaukee branch office of Management Recruiters International. Although no longer affiliated with MRI, Steve was a six-time recipient of the MRI-National Pacesetter Award which annually honors only the top few percent of executive search professionals in the entire organization. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Prior to executive search, Steve worked for several large companies to include Hershey Chocolate Co., Wausau Insurance Companies and Payco General American Credits. He understands the challenges that companies of all sizes face when it comes to identifying, acquiring and retaining top talent.
